People spend hours on the internet just browsing the web on their mobile phones. There is no need to go out and play or indulge in healthy activities like cycling or soccer. As a result, we are getting weaker and unhealthier.

4. The Food is Unhealthy
A recently published report indicated that the food we consume is a lot less healthier than the food we consumed ten years ago. There are many reasons why this is happening. First of all, the ingredients are not as healthy as they once were. The fruits and vegetables are not organic, and the chemicals found in them often play a huge role in making us sick.

Moreover, the consumption of junk food, which has been proven to be unhealthy, is on a constant rise. We love to munch candies and drink colas, and the effect is for one and all to see. Many of us do not even know where to buy Snickers protein bars, but we all know where to get our favorite chocolate.
